This listing is for our WOW250 shelving combined with FANTASTIC plastic parts bins - all stocked in the UK at our warehouse in Staunton, Gloucestershire. These kits offer the best of both worlds, bins on two shelves and extra storage above for other items, or if you prefer you can position the bins on other shelves and put heavier items on the lower shelves. The shelving in boltless and the bins are brilliant for stacking. There is a choice of 2 sizes of bins and colours and you can select either nice anthracite grey or business blue & orange racking.

Please scroll through all the photos and view the video. Wow Shelving Limited - WOW250 - 1.2MM STEEL - 9mm CHIPBOARD - no mdf! Not all boltless shelving is the same. Our WOW250 value racking has 9mm thick chipboard decks, this is much improved over mdf and less prone to warping and bending. Due to cost pressures many manufacturers and sellers have downgraded their product.

It's not uncommon for shelving of this type to have 6mm or 4mm thick mdf or chipboard decks, we have even been offered decks in less than 3mm now! In this range our steelwork is 1.2mm thick. Complete kits including boltless shelving and plastic parts bins. Dimensions 900w x 450d x 1800h mm. Two piece posts - but with a very strong and simple'Sleeve Connector' - easier to assemble.

Boltless steel frame with supports under the decks. All steelwork 1.2mm thick. 9mm Chipboard decks not mdf! Shelves rated to 250kgs UDL (Uniformly distributed load). Choice of colour - business blue and orange or really nice anthracite grey. Delivered flatpack for easy assembly at your business or home. They are very good value for virgin polyproplyene bins, super strong - no flimsy sidewalls. PREMIUM plastic parts bins made made from virgin polypropylene (no recycled content which weakens the product).

This means the plastic is more flexible and has more resistance to shatter or break. Polypropylene is the best for this type of product. It is also better with lower or higher temperatures in the range of -10 °C to +60 °­C, ie in a cold workshop. All our bins have an integral label holder although we do not stock them - but its easy to cut your own out of white card.
